The studies were performed with a cap-sensitive emulsion explosive, which is a concentrated dispersion of aqueous solutions - oxidizers in a hydrocarbon medium containing an additive of an emulsifier and sensitizer - finely dispersed aluminum. Brief information on the emulsion explosives used and the results of testing the safety criteria of emulsion explosives containing marker additives - organic dyes, as well as conclusions on the impact of marker additives on the safety of the processes of manufacturing and using emulsion explosives for industrial purposes are given. The explosion-technical parameters of emulsion explosives are determined as impact sensitivity of 500 mm, friction sensitivity of 235.36 MPa and critical density of 1.18 g / cm3, corresponding to the standard indicators of the manufacturers.
