Actual problems of coal economy and ecological coal processing

This article provides an overview of current data on the development of the coal industry at the present time. The main direction of the development of the coal industry is the deep processing of coal, which involves the optimal use of the energy resource of fuel by preliminary extraction of valuable substances from it with subsequent gasification or combustion of hydrocarbon residues. The development and introduction of new modern technologies for processing coal into products with high added value will strengthen the competitiveness of coal.
