Abstract

Some effects of native cellulose material treatment by underwater gas discharge were under study. Plasmasolution action was shown to be an effective method for modification of such materials. It provides the attachment of fungicidal properties to fiber materials under treatment, the enhancement of their sorption properties; gas discharge pretreatment makes it possible to decrease processing time in some traditional chemical processes of cellulose material modification.
