Abstract

The aim of this research is to design and create a 3D printer that prints color plastic products, as well as the development and manufacture of 3D printer to build houses on the basis of a special quick-setting concrete composition. In the process of this work the frame and electronic parts of the first domestic 3D printer for color plastic products printing were assembled; a special multi-input extruder for the printer was designed and created; a prototype of 3D printer for houses model printing was created; a scheme of obtaining a special quick-setting concrete, the composition of which was launched by specialists of the Institute was set up; explored new applications of nanoscale short fibers obtained on the domestic electrospinning (electroforming) installation, in order to improve the setting time, and further increase the strength of concrete. In addition, using programming languages such as C ++, it has been supplemented and modified software for 3D printers.
