Бұл мақалада 5A, HZSM-5, Al2O3, SiO2 тасымалдағыштарына отырғызылған мыс оксидінің каталитикалық белсенділігі этанолдың көмірқышқылды көнверсиясы реакциясында зерттелді. Зерттеу нәтижелері бойынша, реакция өнімдерінде Н2, СО, С2Н4 және СН4 газдарының түзілуі реакция температурасына және катализатордың каталитикалық белсенділігіне тәуілді екені көрсетілді. Синтез газ алу үшін Т = 800 °С-да 3%CuO/Al2O3 катализаторы, ал этилен алу үшін Т = 550 °С-да 5%CuO/SiO2 белсенділік көрсетті. 3%CuO/Al2O3 катализаторында 20,6 көл.% Н2, 37,5 көл.% СО түзіледі. Этиленнің концентрациясын арттыру мақсатында ЭКК процесінде SiO2 тасымалдағышына отырғызылған мыстың концентрацияларының әсері зерттелді. Алынған мәліметтер бойынша, 5%CuO/SiO2 катализаторында этиленнің концентрациясы 35%-ға дейін өсті. Бұл каталитикалық белсенділікті ТБТ-Н2 профиліндегі шыңдармен расталады, мұнда 5%CuO/SiO2 катализаторы басқа катализаторлардан қарағанда CuO- ның Cu⁰-ге жеңіл, әрі төменгі температурада тотықсызданатыны анықталды.
