Разработка и исследование композиций, содержащих полимеры и твердые углеродистые материалы

Применение бытовых полимерных отходов в модифицировании битумов является одним из перспективных направлений, позволяющих обеспечить дорожному покрытию высокую устойчивость к усталостным разрушениям, колебаниям температур суточных и сезонных циклов, способствующих решению экологических проблем. Кроме того, использование полимерных отходов в качестве модификатора способствует решению проблемы повышенной стоимости битума, модифицированного полимерами. В данной работе изучены составы и физико-химические характеристики битумов, полимерно-битумных вяжущих и угольного кокса. Химический состав каменноугольного кокса исследован методами ИК-спектроскопии и термогравиметрического анализа. Добавление микродиспергированного кокса при модификации битумов улучшает характеристики получаемого продукта, сопоставимые с полимерно-битумными вяжущими. Полимерно-битумное вяжущее с добавлением полимерного отхода и модификатора Elvaloy по основным показателям соответствует требованиям СТ РК 2534-2014 для марки БМП 50/70. В процессе модифицирования битумов полимерными отходами полимерные частицы физически взаимодействуют с высокомолекулярными компонентами (асфальтены, смолы и полиароматические соединения), что приводит к увеличению температуры размягчения, уменьшению значений пенетрации и растяжимости. Добавка микродиспергированного гранулированного порошка кокса при модифицировании дорожного битума обеспечивает соответствие требованиям ПБВ 40 по ГОСТ Р 52056-2003.Библиографические ссылки
