Abstract

In this work are presented results of experiments on the synthesis of carbon nanostructures by the method of oxygen-acetylene torch on the surface of pre-deposited nickel thin films. The influence of the distance from the nozzle of torch to the substrate on the structure formation was investigated. Studies of the samples by Raman scattering showed that depending on the experimental conditions, the synthesis of mono- and multilayer graphenes occurred. Besides, the results of Raman spectroscopy showed the possibility of synthesis of carbon nanotubes or nanofibers by the method of oxygen-acetylene torch.
