Abstract

In this work, we designed the set of equipment and the corresponding software for diagnostics of plasma parameters by Langmuir probe technique and optical emission spectroscopy under the conditions of polymer-forming plasmas. Also, we adjusted the quartz micro-balance method for the investigations of both formation and destruction kinetics for polymer films.
